Most major shows in Orlando run through the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive. Our programs are planned around it, from the first airport arrival to the last move out.
Executives, speakers and exhibitors arrive at Orlando International (MCO) or Orlando Sanford (SFB) and go straight to the convention center or their hotel in a private vehicle, with room for presentation materials and booth gear. During the show we run the shuttles, hotel loops, early session arrivals and evening dinners around your schedule. Attendees extending their stay get transfers to Universal, Disney and International Drive after the show closes.
You get one plan, one point of contact and one invoice for the whole program, wherever in Orlando your event takes place.

How far ahead should we book a convention shuttle program?
For large shows, three to six months ahead gives the best vehicle availability, especially during Orlando's busiest convention weeks. Smaller meetings and exhibitor transportation can usually be arranged in two to four weeks.
Do you only work in Orlando?
No. Orlando is our main Florida market, and we also run programs in Miami, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and other Florida cities, as well as anywhere else your events take you.
Can you work with our housing provider or DMC?
Yes. We plan routes directly from your hotel block and work alongside housing providers, DMCs and agencies, including white label service under your brand.
We are an exhibitor, not the organizer. Can we book with you?
Yes. Exhibitors book executive cars, Sprinters and evening event transportation for their own teams and clients, separate from the show's official shuttle.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?
Yes. Tell us the venue's or show's requirements when you request a quote, and we will provide certificates naming the required parties.
